ReLight – Migrant Women’s Self-Leadership Path

The final event of ReLight – Migrant Women’s Self-Leadership Path brought together representatives from research, education, and civil society for a meaningful exchange on the empowerment and social inclusion of migrant women.

Through presentations, a panel discussion, and the interactive women circles workshop, participants explored the tools and methodologies developed by the project to strengthen self-leadership, participation, and entrepreneurial skills among women with a migrant background. The discussion focused on how organizations and professionals can create inclusive spaces where migrant women are not only supported, but truly heard and actively involved.

The panel featured:

Nefeli Stournara from diaNEOsis and Mindview

Myrto Siapardani from Odyssea

Konstantina Menka from the Greek Forum of Migrants

Sotiria Drouga and Vicky Koursoumi from Melissa Network

The discussion was moderated by Iliana Papageli from Solomon.

Implemented under the framework of Erasmus+, the ReLight project concludes in February, leaving behind practical tools and a strong network of organizations committed to advancing migrant women’s self-leadership and inclusion.
