What did you learn/gain from this training program? (Did the organizing, objectives and outcomes met your expectations?)

Maria: The GILM Training Project was surprisingly interesting and unexpectedly good. It was very well organized and includes very interesting and useful sessions! We had courses in Marketing, Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Financial Controlling, Entrepreneurship, Management and Business Organization and Data Analyze and Interpretation. The courses were very comprehensive and very well structured. We learn how to put theory into practice. We became familiar with the entrepreneurship area and learnt how an idea can become a business. Apart from the theory part we learnt how to cooperate and work efficiently with other people. We worked under pressure and we managed to deliver team work on time. To sum up, the outcome of the project exceeded my expectations, trainers and participants were a strong team and the days we spent together are an unforgettable experience.

John: The reality exceeded expectations I had at every level. The course was very comprehensive and very well structured. We gained a lot of knowledge that has to do with entrepreneurship and how an idea can become a business. We followed step by step the process which is required to get to a business plan.

How was the TC atmosphere and the cooperation – brainstorming among the participants?

Maria: The participants as well as the trainers were very creative, productive and positive. We were a great team because each one of us was different with different backgrounds and everyone’s contribution was important and necessary for the good cooperation of the team. The brainstorming method among the participants worked well, many interesting ideas came up and finally helped the team to come closer and work more efficiently. Trainers and participants created a strong team because of the mutual assistance, respect and passion from both sides.

John: The mood and the desire of everyone to participate, contribute and add value during meetings was commendable. After the brainstorming and collaboration between participants and trainer, we resulted to very interesting business ideas. The atmosphere was brilliant and there was great mutual assistance.

Was it your first participation in an Erasmus+ Project? What are your impressions/ experiences in general?

Maria: This was my first participation in such a project, and I am really enthusiastic and very happy with my decision to join it. It was an experience that I will remember for a lifetime. Apart from the educational part, which was both interesting and useful, I would like to give emphasis to the cultural aspect of the project. I met people from other countries, with different backgrounds, ideas, and cultures. All together we spent time working for the project, knowing each other, partying and sharing our worries! We lived unique moments all together and we came even closer and we felt like a family. In the end, I have to say that it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to join an Erasmus Program and live the experience.

John: It was the third time I participate in Erasmus + Project. Every time is unique and stunning. I have the best impression of the project. This is due to the people I met and how great time we spent. All together we experienced things that we will remember for a lifetime. After each Erasmus + Project, i understand that it doesn’t matter where you are but who you’re with. People make the difference, not the place.
