RIDTHE Training of Trainers, was a training course organised within the framework of the project RIDTHE. The objectives of the training were to build the capacity of partners and to plan for the delivery of pilot projects under RITDHE. The training focussed particularly on technical guidance for creating Dignity Diaries and exploration of the application of the Employability 4 model for improving the economic prospects of refugees,.

What did you learn/gain from this training program? (Did the organizing, objectives and outcomes meet your expectations?)
Beatrice: Participating in the programme was really a valuable experience for me. Having professional background as well as a voluntary experience in human rights & migration filed, I had the opportunity to train myself in particular methodology exercises regarding refugees & migrants issues and gain useful knowledge concerning human rights sector around the world. Lastly, I had the opportunity to meet interesting professionals and enthusiast advocates, whom I will try to be in contact, trying to design new interesting projects!
Savvas: I acquired a broaden idea about the integration process of refugees. The interaction with the other participants during the education process gave me the opportunity to be informed about the situations in other countries as well as the practices that they use in order to face the refugee crisis. In the same time, new ideas were born as it concerns the help to refugees, asylum seekers and migrants.
Was it your first participation in an Erasmus+ Project? What are your impressions / experiences in general? Would you choose again / recommend InterMediaKT for Erasmus+ activities?
Beatrice: Participation in RIDTHE programme was an unforgettable experience, due to the programme’ s interest itself, but mainly due to InterMediaKT’s coordination, planning and consistency. Having participated in other Erasmus + programmes in the past, I had the experience of taking part in many interesting projects, getting in contact with many organizations and institutions, being also demanding of new programmes. However, InterMediaKT’s full support to all the participants throughout the program, arranging the whole travel preparation and the subsequent return, as well their friendly, but also professional attitude were among the positive factors that made me look forward to taking part me again in another project with them.
Savvas: It was my first participation in an Erasmus+ Youth Project. It was an important opportunity for me in order to broaden my knowledge on the field which I work. The participation in the programme fulfilled all my expectations. I would definitely participate again with IntermediaKT.
