The purpose of this training course was to give participants the opportunity to meet with other participants and the administrative staff of many National Agencies. On the one hand, this was a good opportunity to give feedback to the program, but also to the administrative staff of the National Agencies. On the other hand, it was also an opportunity to share best practices, and even connect with other beneficiaries.
Read the impressions of our participants, after their participation in South Youth Lab training course in Malaga, Spain during from 21 May to 24 May 2017.
What did you learn/gain from this training program? (Did the organizing, objectives and outcomes meet your expectations?)
Konstantina: As a volunteer at the organization called InterMediaKT, it helped me further my knowledge about Erasmus+ programs. The objective of this Training Course in Malaga, Spain in May 2017 was the evaluation of Erasmus+ program and suggestions about improving Erasmus+. I got to know many people from different organizations all over South Europe and exchange opinions about new projects. I definitely gained more than I expected.
How was the TC atmosphere and the cooperation – brainstorming among the participants?
Konstantina: First of all, we were about 70 participants from all over South Europe, so it was a great opportunity to compare the bureaucracy in those different countries and how they organize their own project of Erasmus+. To evaluate and improve this huge program called Erasmus+ is needed many people from around Europe so they can define the advantages and disadvantages of the program. There were many people with a lot of experience on Erasmus+, so they helped me to further my knowledge so I can help InterMediaKT more as a volunteer. There were more volunteers there and it was a good thing to see that many young people without getting paid they want to contribute this family called Erasmus+.
Was it your first participation in an Erasmus+ Project? What are your impressions / experiences in general? Would you choose again / recommend InterMediaKT for Erasmus+ activities?
Konstantina: I would, definitely suggest others to join Erasmus+ via InterMediaKT, because InterMediaKT give you the opportunity to travel around Europe and learn more about specific subjects and meet people from all over Europe without paying a participation fee as many organizations do. My first participation in Erasmus+ was in my city Patras, representing the Greek team. The title was “Gilm- Global Innovative Leadership Module” and it was about Economics. A project also organized by InterMediaKT, something that made me love joining Erasmus+ projects around Europe.
