YES Impact
The Aim of the Project:
The project aims to strengthen youth social entrepreneurship by enhancing the capacity of youth workers through comprehensive training and resources. By creating a unified Youth Social Entrepreneurship Support (YSES) Handbook and hosting practical programs like the Training of Trainers (ToT) and YSE Camp, the project will empower youth workers to mentor young entrepreneurs, foster cross-border collaboration, and advocate for supportive policies across Türkiye and the EU.
The objectives of our project focus on strengthening the youth social entrepreneurship (YSE) ecosystem by building the capacity of youth workers and supporting young entrepreneurs. These objectives align with youth empowerment, innovation, and capacity-building priorities and aim to achieve lasting results as follows:
- Enhance the Capacity of Youth Workers: Equip youth workers with the skills to guide young social entrepreneurs through a comprehensive Training of Trainers (ToT) program, covering key aspects such as balancing social impact with financial sustainability. This will create a multiplier effect, enabling youth workers to act as the ambassadors of social entrepreneurship and to support entrepreneurs across various regions.
- Develop a Consistent YSE Framework: Create a unified “YSES Handbook” that youth workers can adapt to different national and regional contexts.
